Are the following considered as prisoners of war? What were some of the treatments like for POWS?

Those interned in the Holocaust were NOT prisoners of war. neither were the Japanese interned in America. Prisoners of war, by definition, are the uniformed members of the armed forces of a nation who surrender to the armed forces of another nation. Since all of the Holocaust victims, and all of the Japanese internees were civilians, they cannot be considered as POW's.
