Where can I watch SNL's Extreme Activities Competition?

I know they have it on NBCs site but I cant watch it because Im in Canada. This skit was on quite a while ago and It had Andy Samberg and Kristin Wiig have a ridiculous competition and its really funny but I cant figure out how to watch it! PLEASE HELP!
