My 6 year old granddaughter..making awkward bets in school?

I got a call from my son about my 6 y.o granddaughter ( Let's call her Belle). He said that she & her friend ( let's call him Michael) were playing arm-wrestling. She said " If i win, you have to have with me, then we'll give eachother b-l-o-w j o b s." I was astonished- She's only in 1st grade, and HOW do they know about this stuff? She was suspended for about 2 weeks ( The school has no tolerance for inappropriate language,behavior,etc.) No matter what the grade is.All i'm asking is, besides the suspension ( which i do not get at ALL), what should her punishment be?
