Please help...should I go back to my fiancee. I left him after he got upset with me for standing him up twice?

I'm pregnant and the p week I've been insanely tired. Twice I made plans with my fiancee and fell asleep. This last time he called me several times but I had fell asleep. When I woke up I had text of him saying things like he can't trust me, and they got worst to even calling me several Bi**hes and tramp. I broke things off after talking to him, he apologize for the language but still said he had suspicions I was either cheating or deliberately standing him up...should I forgive him??
