Should I drop my math cl? (College)?

I am taking a math cl for engineering/science majors. It's called 20C. My first midterm was a 13/20. Average on that was a 12. Second midterm is an 8/20. Average on that was a 15. Each midterm is worth 25% of the final score. Homework is 10% and I think I'll get at the most a B-. The final is worth 40%. Should I stick it out? I want at least a C. Or should I take a W? What do you think?
