How would you get more horsepower out of a 351 Windsor?

If you want to really do it right, you need to change the camshaft. Propane burns slower than gasoline so it can benefit from longer valve timing. You also need to ensure that the distributor has been recurved for propane. These two things will make more difference than any other modification you could make.
