Fear of cracking up!?

Since you're strapped for money and have talked to the police, I would speak to the landlord of the houses. I'm uming you both have the same landlord? If so, if these people don't stop harring you, the landlord can evict them if they cause too many problems for the other tendants. I have had trouble with a family next to me and have called the cops many times on them for various reasons. The cops were so tired of going there because everyone in the neighborhood were having problems with them. They found out that they "owned" the house. The cops said that if they were renting, they would go to landlord themselves and get a petition to have them evicted. But, when they own the house, you can't do a thing except maybe press harrment charges on them or a type of peace bond. Good luck!
