Can you please put the following high end telescope refractor companies in order?

I don't own any of these. I chose instead to put my money into a high end Newtonian: an 11-inch f/4.3 Starmaster, with optics by Carl Zambuto. It cost about as much as a 4-inch refractor from any of these companies, and is MUCH more satisfactory.
