400 to 800?

I have heard of a way to... Edit... The motherboard to make it so you FSB is larger. I currently have a 400 FSB and my processor needs 800 to run at top speed. I can't buy a new motherboard, and my Dell BIOS won't let me do much. Any help? Thanks.
