Could I get accepted into Notre Dame?

I go to a GREAT private school in northern Indiana (Culver Military Academy). My GPA my junior year (current) has been about a 3.35. I am on the varsity basketball team. After basketball ends I plan on joining the entrepreneurship club, and possibly creating a new club at Culver (investing club). I have not taken the SAT's, but I did not do too well on the PSAT's (did not prepare for PSAT's at all). I got a 163 on the PSAT's... I think with some work I could get quite a bit higher score than 1630 on the SAT... is that good? Any advice? HELP?!?!?! Thank you very much!
