HELP! implanon implant weight gain!?

Okay, So im a young mum of a 10month old girl, And before i fell pregnant, I was at 70Kgs, while i was pregnant my biggest weight was 85kgs. As soon as my daughter was born i was back at 70kgs, Since her birth i had the implanon implant put in my arm. I know way 95-98kgs, and i CANT lose the weight, I have done EVERYTHING, but nothing seems to work, I would love to get it out, But the pill makes me sick, iv had the needle before and it was fine, I was on the for a year, And i was 65 kgs, The went back on the pill and i put on 5 kgs (my own doing). But i just don't know what to do. HELP???
