I have dandruff n iam using franch oil?

i am using franch oil nh for past 3 months. how ever my hair fall and dandruff has reduced by 20-30% but i have an itiching always when i using this oil.i do also get small boils that go away after a week. is it due to the oil? if i reduce the proposition of oil while mixing the itiching reduces but hair fall increases . wt am i to do to reduce the itiching?
