PLEASE HELP. Is anyone familiar with Temporary Legal Guardianship laws in the state of Mississippi?

A Temporary Custody means just that....it is temporary. They have technically kidnapped your child. You can file a police report and charges against them. Go to a lawyer, you can find cheap ones that work either for free (pro-bono) or on a sliding scale based on your income. Look at churches, or other religious buildings for help. Seriously though, go to the police and get some one arrested. Have the police scort you to get your child back. Good Luck
