Starting Quinn over Big Ben ideal this week?

i am taking a chacne this week on Quinn. Your thoughts? quinn has 575 yards ping and 7tds the last 5 weeks over two lower tier p defense. KC sucks. Big Ben struggling and going up against top 3 p d in GB. weather in pitt is cold and light snow. weather in KC supposed to be sunny and 40. i have the horses in R.Moss,Sidney Rice, AP, Jamaal Charles to overcome a qb let down should that occur, but i dont see that happening in quinn's track record against the lower tier defenses. all input is appreciated. this could be the sleeper pick of the week. i sttill think big ben is feeling hte effects of the latest concussion as well. there are no better qbs to choose from. in a 14 team league.
