Were do I get pictures to put on a website that I can ADD my own stuff too?

Hi, I see so many pictures on websites , like a lkiving room and on top of the fireplace is the actual item the site is selling like a VASE. Were can I get these pictures so I can ADD my stuff into them ? And what programs do I need ? thanks !
