Will medifin harm my cats who drink from the pond?

My goldfish and koi have recently developed ragged tail fins, and I would like to treat this by adding Tetra Pond Medifin to the pond water. The problem is that my two cats (and probably others as well) drink from the pond regularly. Will this treatment affect them adversely or harm them in any way?
