Do I have Social Anxiety?
Turn to meditation :) learn how to meditate and it will cure your anxiety and depression.If you really want to feel better and more possitive and more energetic and happy then learn how to meditate and keep doing it for the rest of your life.I'll teach you how to meditate right here,all you do is sit down in a comfortable place with your legs crossed and your back straight put your arms on your knees.Close your eyes keep your mouth closed and breathe through your nose.When you breath in think the word "hong" and when your breathe out think the word "so" .Keep doing this for 20 mins everytime you feel anxious or depressed just sit and meditate.Any thoughts you have during meditation dont try to stop them because you cant just let the thoughts come and go but try and think possitive if you are having negative thoughts.Also dont try and control the breathe just let it flow like natural as your thinking
