What happened after the intolerable acts in the prelude to the revolutionary war?

I'm writing about the actions taken by the British in regards to the American colonies pre-revolution. I'm up to the intolerable acts and I don't know what to write after it. I just wrote about the second continental congress but what else? Help me, please. Thanks.
