What is the name of this weird 90s song PLZ HELP!!!?

"Tom's Diner" by Suzanne Vega. It was back in 1987 but was remade by a multitude of artists up until 1991. My favorite version was by the FIRST lady signed to Def Jam record label called "Daddy's Little Girl" by Nikki D back in 1991.
