The cops were so tired of going there because everyone in the neighborhood were having problems with them. They found out that they "owned" the house. The cops said that if they were renting, they would go to landlord themselves and get a petition to have them evicted. I've been with GEICO for 12 years with no accidents that were my fault. I was in a car accident recently. I was on the highway, stopped in traffic on a Friday afternoon. A car slammed into the back of me, pushing my vehicle into the vehicle in front of me. The vehicle that struck me, struck me 3 times. My foot on the brake, her foot on the accelerator. The woman in front of me had 2 other pengers. She gets out of her car to come check on me, but the woman who struck my vehicle got out of her car with her penger and ran up to the woman whose car I struck as a result of being hit by the vehicle behind me. When the woman in front of me tried to come back to my vehicle, the woman behind me and her male penger would not let her come to my car. The woman who hit me came running to my car, apologizing and crying. At this time, I realized that no one called the police. I'm stuck in my car, in pain and really confused at the fact that no one called the police. I reached for one of my phones that was thrown out of my bag and called 911. The paramedics and fire dept arrived within minutes, but the state trooper did not arrive while I was at the scene of the accident. The paramedics and F.D. had to remove me from my car from the penger side and transport me to the ER. 2 hrs later while I'm in the ER, the state trooper comes in and gives me 3 tickets. He had the tickets pre-written so all he needed from me was my driver's license. He wouldn't listen to a word I said with regard to the accident. I called my attorney immediately. The officer stated that the 2 drivers, the woman who struck me and the woman I struck are stating that I struck the woman twice. Well, this would make sense because my vehicle was struck 3 times from behind by the same vehicle...over and over. Keep in mind, the woman who I struck was kept from coming to my vehicle by the woman who struck my car and her penger. The woman who hit me told the officer that she was going 15 mph when she hit me. The woman in front of me told the officer that she felt an impact and when she looked in her rearview mirror, that's when she saw me get hit. WTF. I was stopped!!! In traffic!!! On a Friday @ 5pm!!! I was NOT moving!!! I gave GEICO so much info, but they found me 50% at fault because of what the police report stated and what the driver in front of me stated. Oh, to add insult to injury, GEICO was unable to get hold of the owner of the vehicle in front of me to take pictures. They have no pictures of this woman's car and there was also no damage to the front of my vehicle. I say 'was' because my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I have no car, I'm constantly in pain and GEICO is stating that I had no medical coverage on my vehicle for me, but that I had medical coverage for other drivers who I may have injured. Sounds a little suspect to me but, how do I fight that? I am 0% at fault, but I was found to be 50% at fault because of all of the lies being told and the state trooper who summoned me to court. If I haven't gone to court and was found guilty, how could GEICO go by what the police report stated and find me guilty? No one's car is deemed a total loss when they were hit at 15 mph...This chick was going at least 40. GEICO paid me for what my car was worth. Its still a lucid dream. Controlling things in your dream is very difficult. My first lucid dream (just a couple weeks ago) I couldn't control my surroundings but I was growing vines out of my fingers (small) but then when I tried to create fire from my hands, I had gotten a little bit but I woke up. I stayed quiet. Then she went on about how she had a catholic wedding, and in the eyes of god and the family she left her house a good woman. That GOD look good on her marriage. The wedding came and they caused their drama but it was MY day so I ignored them and had a blast. Well I feel like i should learn something but I am not sure what i want to learn. I am in school right now but it doesn't seem enough and i want more out of it. my prelude chooses when and where it wants to start its completely at random. this is whats going on. when i open my door the hazards start blinking and theres a little chime as if i left my lights on. i try to start my car and everything turns on but theres no cranking, ive been told it may be the battery cause sometime when it wouldnt start i would jump it and it starts but that also only works sometimes. i tried to start it this morning and it cranked over a couple of times and then the battery died. so i umed it was a weak battery that couldnt hold a charge very well. so i got a new one hooked it up properly all my connections are nice and tight. i tried to start it again and no cranking, i think it may be the starter but everyone told me its the battery. so any insight on what might be happening would be greatly helpful.

What does everyone think of Obama's stimulus plan?

I currently live in Northeast Missisippi. Served 4 years in active army, fought the war in Iraq for a year, and came home to go without a job for 2 years. Now, I understand I am not the only one trying to make ends meet without a job on unemployment benefits. This is a hard time on a lot of people, and I'm sure it is a lot worse in other places right now and my heart goes out to those people. But what I don't understand is why our governor here in MS is thinking about not actually taking part of the money from the stimulus plan that would keep money in the pockets of those that are out of work right now. Where I live there are no jobs to be had, and the ones that are had are on the brink of being lost, and to take away these benefits would really leave a lot of us in a very tough situation! Why would he not take this money?? If he goes through with this he would be leaving a lot of us here in MS with no job, no money, and he really isn't offering a lot of hope. How can I help an addict through this addiction?

I have a blue crayfish, would like cichlids?

My crayfish is about 3.5" long, maybe 4. I would like electric blue cichlids. I know they are aggressive, but I don't know the extent. I'm not too worried about the cichlids, I have had tetras and mollies and guppies and platies with her, and as far as I know she never got them. Maybe one tetra. I'm more worried about the cichlids killing my cray. How big to electric blue cichlids get? If these won't work, is there a blue cichlid that isn't that aggressive and stays pretty small? Okay, So im a young mum of a 10month old girl, And before i fell pregnant, I was at 70Kgs, while i was pregnant my biggest weight was 85kgs. As soon as my daughter was born i was back at 70kgs, Since her birth i had the implanon implant put in my arm. I know way 95-98kgs, and i CANT lose the weight, I have done EVERYTHING, but nothing seems to work, I would love to get it out, But the pill makes me sick, iv had the needle before and it was fine, I was on the for a year, And i was 65 kgs, The went back on the pill and i put on 5 kgs (my own doing). turn off your pc, unplug it. make sure you put everything back in right. take your video card expansion card out for example and put it back in. It looks like your expansion card is not set right in the slot. or your monitor cable is unplugged( but you would no that). reboot the PC and it should be back to normal. You might be asked if you want to load windows normally just select that. see what happens. Your mother board, cpu, hardrive(you can here it running it is good) and memory card are good. Otherwise your pc wouldn't run at all.

not really, if i am going to be away for 8-10 hrs , i put it on low, if i am at home and wanting to eat, or only have 4-6 hrs till dinner, i put it on low, as a matter of fact, i am making beef stew right now, and its been cooking on high for about 3 hrs, at 4 hrs, i will throw the veggies in and switch it on low heat as i am leaving for 4 hrs. if i was going to just STAY home, i would leave it on high for about 4 more hours.

i think religion is important and i would be with it being in schools so everyone can know God. It is their choice to believe or not but i would like for them to have that education. I'm interested in modeling, and I've found an agency that would represent me (I've already met with the agent). However, I've always heard that an agency should never require its models to take cles, and that's exactly what this agency is doing. I do know a couple of girls in this agency who have gotten work through the agent (bridal runway shows and photoshoots), and it would seem that several other models in the agency are successful (magazine covers, occasional appearances in popular magazines, and parts on the sets of major movies) and make a decent amount of money.
